- In a large bowl, combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk with 4 tablespoons of softened butter or coconut oil until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
- Gradually mix in 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar and 2 cups of desiccated coconut. Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of your preferred extract and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm it up.
- Scoop out 1-inch portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls, then coat each ball in extra shredded coconut.
- Place the snowballs on a parchment-lined tray. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
