Ingredients
  

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 60 g cream cheese softened
  • 30 g freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 30 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 15 ml milk any kind, as needed for consistency

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, protein powder, crushed strawberries, and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  3. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time until mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
