- Measure 4 cups corn cereal and 5 cups graham cereal. Spread evenly on a large sheet tray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 3/4 cup mini marshmallows. Microwave in 15-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted mixture over cereals. Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Sift confectioners' sugar in batches over coated cereal, mixing gently after each addition.
- Cool mixture on tray for 30 minutes.
- Fold in remaining chocolate chips and extra marshmallows before serving.
