Method
- Carefully twist Oreo cookies apart, keeping the cream on one side.
- Insert a lollipop stick into the cream filling.
- Add a small amount of melted chocolate to secure the stick.
- Place the other cookie half on top and press gently.
- Freeze Oreo pops for 5 minutes to firm.
- Melt white and dark chocolate separately according to package instructions.
- Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with colored candy melts.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Freezing the Oreo pops before dipping helps prevent breakage. Decorate while the chocolate is still wet for best results.
