Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles
  • Red or pink candy melts for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Carefully twist Oreo cookies apart, keeping the cream on one side.
  2. Insert a lollipop stick into the cream filling.
  3. Add a small amount of melted chocolate to secure the stick.
  4. Place the other cookie half on top and press gently.
  5. Freeze Oreo pops for 5 minutes to firm.
  6. Melt white and dark chocolate separately according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  8. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  9. Place on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with colored candy melts.
  10. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Freezing the Oreo pops before dipping helps prevent breakage. Decorate while the chocolate is still wet for best results.
