Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until slightly underdone, drain, and place flat on towels.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, add shrimp and cook briefly until just turning pink. Fold in crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then cook 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Spread 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce in a 13x9-inch dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and more sauce. Repeat layers three times.
- Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with greased foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more until golden and bubbling. Rest 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure seafood is fully drained and only partially cooked before layering to avoid a watery lasagna. Undercook noodles slightly for best structure.
