Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain Rotel thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- Combine sausage, drained Rotel, Bisquick, cheddar, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Mix gently with hands until just combined.
- Shape into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Drain Rotel completely to avoid soggy sausage balls. Mix gently to prevent toughness and use a cookie scoop for even cooking.
