Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 18–20 oz brownie mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping thawed
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat the brownie mix by microwaving it for 90 seconds, whisking every 15 seconds, or baking at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add Cool Whip and milk gradually, mixing until creamy.
  4. Slowly add the cooled brownie mix and continue mixing. Add more milk as needed for desired consistency.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with extra chocolate chips.

Notes

Do not skip heat-treating the brownie mix. Always use room-temperature ingredients for a smooth, creamy dip.
