Method
- Heat-treat the brownie mix by microwaving it for 90 seconds, whisking every 15 seconds, or baking at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Add Cool Whip and milk gradually, mixing until creamy.
- Slowly add the cooled brownie mix and continue mixing. Add more milk as needed for desired consistency.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with extra chocolate chips.
Notes
Do not skip heat-treating the brownie mix. Always use room-temperature ingredients for a smooth, creamy dip.
