Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles diced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles finely diced
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit allulose blend

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper over medium-high heat until golden and slightly crispy.
  2. Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chop the romaine, tomatoes, pickles, and shred the cheese.
  4. Layer romaine in a large bowl, then add tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.
  5. Top with warm seasoned beef.
  6. Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss gently, and garnish with sesame seeds.
