Simple Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. Pat the lobster meat dry and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Stir in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  8. Brush half of the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  10. Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook the lobster. The meat should be opaque and tender for best results.
