Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
- Pat the lobster meat dry and place on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Brush half of the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the lobster. The meat should be opaque and tender for best results.
