  • 3.5 –4 cups powdered sugar divided

Method
 

  1. Dust a clean surface generously with powdered sugar.
  2. Mix thawed Cool Whip and dry gelatin powder until fully combined.
  3. Add powdered sugar gradually until a thick dough forms.
  4. Knead gently on a sugared surface and roll into a 1-inch-thick log.
  5. Cut into pieces, roll into balls, or press into a pan and cut into squares.
  6. Chill pieces on parchment for at least 30 minutes before serving.
