Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté 3–5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa and cook 5–7 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and caraway seeds; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage reaches desired tenderness.

Notes

Use a large skillet or Dutch oven to prevent overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
