- Toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- Spread ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Layer buffalo chicken over the ranch dressing.
- Add Caesar-dressed romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately or lightly toast in a skillet for extra crispness.

For meal prep, store the buffalo chicken and Caesar salad separately and assemble wraps just before serving to avoid sogginess.
