Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes optional
  • Avocado slices optional
  • Crispy bacon bits optional

Method
 

  1. Toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Layer buffalo chicken over the ranch dressing.
  6. Add Caesar-dressed romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and add optional toppings if desired.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  9. Serve immediately or lightly toast in a skillet for extra crispness.

Notes

For meal prep, store the buffalo chicken and Caesar salad separately and assemble wraps just before serving to avoid sogginess.
