Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon BBQ chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top chicken with prepared coleslaw.
  6. Add cilantro, avocado, and cheese if using.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll tortillas tightly.
  8. Cut wraps in half and serve immediately.
