Creamy Avocado Sauce
  • 1 large Avocado Choose a ripe avocado for optimal creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt adds creaminess and tang.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh lemon juice is preferred for a vibrant sauce.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flake fresh salmon into small pieces using forks in a large bowl.
  3. Combine salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, chopped herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocados, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  7. Serve warm salmon balls with the creamy avocado sauce for dipping.
