Ingredients
  

  • 4 ribeye steaks about 6 oz each
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Season steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest loosely covered.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Carefully add bourbon and simmer until slightly reduced.
  7. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  8. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  9. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  10. Serve steaks topped with haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce and garnish with parsley.

Use high-quality bourbon for best flavor. Sauce can also be served over chicken or roasted vegetables.
