Ingredients
Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare all ingredients.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes; drain excess fat, leaving 1 tbsp.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Combine pasta with the beef sauce, adding pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, and serve warm.
Notes
Never let the cream sauce boil—keep it at a gentle simmer to prevent curdling. Add cheese slowly for the smoothest sauce.
