  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 1 tablespoon apple pie spice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt into the melted mixture.
  4. Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix apple pie spice, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar.
  6. Sprinkle sugar mixture over coated cereal and toss gently until evenly coated.
  7. Fold in crushed dried apple chips.
  8. Spread onto parchment-lined baking sheets and let cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

For best results, don’t skip the cooling step – it helps the coating set. Dried apple chips are essential for crunch; avoid fresh apples which add too much moisture.
