Ingredients
  

  • 500 g frozen cheese ravioli
  • 450 g ground beef browned and drained (or ground turkey)
  • 400 ml pasta sauce
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • Optional: fresh spinach leaves
  • Optional: sliced mushrooms
  • Optional: Italian seasoning blend
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the crockpot bottom.
  2. Layer half the frozen ravioli, then half the ground beef.
  3. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan mixture.
  4. Repeat with remaining ravioli, beef, and pasta sauce.
  5. Top with remaining cheese mixture.
  6. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours until ravioli is tender and cheese bubbly.
  7. Rest 10 minutes before serving, then garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

Frozen ravioli can be used directly without pre-cooking. Avoid over-layering to ensure even cooking and prevent mushy texture.
