Ingredients
  

  • 3 white sub rolls or sandwich rolls
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 10-ounce Caesar salad kit
  • 1 batch crispy chicken cutlets or 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese for grating

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cooking cutlets until crispy or shredding rotisserie chicken.
  2. Slice the rolls lengthwise.
  3. Spread butter on the inside of each roll.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Toast the rolls in a skillet or oven until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, then spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  7. Mix the Caesar salad kit in a bowl until combined.
  8. Layer the salad evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  9. Add chicken evenly over the salad.
  10. Grate fresh Parmesan over the top.
  11. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.

Notes

Toast the bread well and avoid overdressing the salad to prevent soggy sandwiches.
