Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  3. Lower heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 6-inch round.
  5. Spread Alfredo sauce on half of each dough round, leaving a border.
  6. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  8. Brush tops with softened butter mixed with parsley.
  9. Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the calzones to prevent bursting. Let them rest briefly after cooking to avoid hot filling spills.
