  • 405 g Oreo cookies finely crushed, about 1 standard package
  • 226 g cream cheese softened, full-fat recommended for best texture
  • 340 g chocolate for melting and coating, semi-sweet or milk chocolate works well

Method
 

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and process until a thick, uniform dough forms.
  3. Scoop mixture into 1-tablespoon portions and roll into smooth balls.
  4. Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled Oreo balls into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Return to parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
