Ingredients

  • 30 –40 Oreo sandwich cookies
  • 1 3/4 cups white baking chocolate or chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 –2 teaspoons orange gel food coloring
  • 1/4 cup green candy-coated chocolates M&Ms, halved
  • 1/4 cup broken pretzel sticks

Method

  1. Cut green M&Ms in half for leaves and break pretzel sticks into 1/2-inch stems. Set aside.
  2. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Tint with orange gel food coloring.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange decorations within reach.
  4. Dip each Oreo into orange chocolate, shaking off excess, and place on parchment.
  5. Immediately press a pretzel stick into the top for the stem and add two halved green M&Ms for leaves. Use a toothpick to draw vertical pumpkin ridges.
  6. Chill decorated cookies for 10 minutes until coating is set. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Prepare all decorations before dipping, as chocolate sets quickly. Add extra coconut oil for a thinner coating if needed. Chill cookies fully to set before storing or serving.
