  • 2 cups mini pretzels lightly crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • ½ cup salted peanuts optional
  • Flaky sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in crushed pretzels and optional peanuts until coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm and enjoy.
