- Prepare the Batter by following the package instructions for the angel cake mix. Let it cool completely after baking.
- Form Bite-Sized Balls by scooping small, uniform portions of the cooled cake and rolling into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Mix Coating by combining sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Ensure oil reaches 350°F (175°C) for crispy exterior.
- Fry the Bites in batches, careful not to overcrowd the pan, for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Coat in Cinnamon Sugar immediately after frying by letting excess oil drip off, then rolling the bites in the mixture.
- Serve and Enjoy warm, ideally drizzled with chocolate sauce and garnished with fresh berries.
