- Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in whipped topping gently until fluffy and uniform.
- Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and candy-coated chocolates, reserving some for topping.
- Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and swirl lightly with a knife for marbled effect. Sprinkle with reserved toppings.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
