  • Salt pepper, garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional: pickles diced onions, burger sauce

Method
 

  1. Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and season generously.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.
  3. Press each beef portion onto half of a tortilla, smashing it thin.
  4. Place tortilla beef-side down in skillet and cook 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip, add 1/4 cup cheese, and fold tortilla into a half-moon.
  6. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until crispy and melted.
  7. Slice and serve with pickles, onions, or burger sauce.
