- Fill a chilled copper mug or glass with ice.
- Add apple cider, lime juice, and maple syrup if using. Stir gently.
- Top with chilled ginger beer and stir very lightly to preserve carbonation.
- Garnish with apple slice, cinnamon stick, star anise, or lime wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier twist, use diet or zero-sugar ginger beer, or replace maple syrup with stevia or monk fruit. For a probiotic boost, swap half the ginger beer with kombucha.
