- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour and sugars.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, mix until crumbly.
- Press most of the crumble into the pan to form crust.
- Bake crust for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Toss strawberries with sugar and flour.
- Spread strawberry mixture over hot crust.
- Sprinkle reserved crumble on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over bars.
Notes
Press crust firmly for clean slices. Use fresh strawberries only. Allow bars to cool fully before cutting for best texture.
