Method
- Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and rum (or coconut water) to a high-powered blender.
- Add frozen raspberries, crushed ice, and simple syrup if using.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, pineapple wedges, shredded coconut, and mint.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a mocktail version, replace rum with coconut water or additional pineapple juice.
