Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup white rum or coconut water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup optional
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Shredded coconut for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and rum (or coconut water) to a high-powered blender.
  2. Add frozen raspberries, crushed ice, and simple syrup if using.
  3. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, pineapple wedges, shredded coconut, and mint.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a mocktail version, replace rum with coconut water or additional pineapple juice.
