- Gently fold in raspberries, lightly mashing some for texture if desired.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
- Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
