Ingredients
Method
- Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and dry them.
- Slice the lemons thinly or into quarters, removing any seeds.
- Peel the ginger and grate it or cut it into small pieces.
- Place a layer of lemon slices and ginger into a clean glass jar.
- Add part of the honey and stir well.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight to infuse.
- To serve, add 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture to a mug and pour hot water over it.
Notes
Use organic lemons for best results. Adjust the amount of ginger based on your preferred strength.
