Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Pat steak dry, cut into 1-inch pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove steak and lower heat to medium.
  5. Melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return steak to skillet and toss in garlic butter for 1 minute.
  7. In a saucepan, simmer heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and garlic powder.
  8. Cook sauce until smooth and slightly thickened.
  9. Drizzle sauce over steak bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Cook steak in batches to avoid steaming. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
