Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or 2%
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries granola, shaved chocolate, cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for 15–30 minutes if desired.
  6. Add toppings just before serving and enjoy.

Notes

For a thinner texture, add a splash of milk while blending. Chill time improves texture but is optional.
