  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract optional

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
