Method
- Season chicken with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- Cut tops off rolls and hollow out centers to form bowls.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning and brush inside bread bowls.
- Toast bread bowls at 375°F (190°C) for 4–5 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Add cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce to chicken and stir to combine.
- Fill bread bowls with chicken Alfredo mixture.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 4–5 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Brushing the bread with garlic butter helps prevent sogginess and adds rich flavor. Drain pasta well before mixing with sauce.
