Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1⅔ cups Irish whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • teaspoons instant coffee granules

Method
 

  1. Dissolve instant coffee granules in 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey.
  2. Add cream, condensed milk, remaining whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and coffee mixture to blender.
  3. Blend on low-medium speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors: add more syrup, whiskey, or vanilla if desired.
  5. Transfer to a clean glass container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.

Notes

Do not over-blend, as it can cause separation. Always store in glass containers and refrigerate immediately.
