Method
- Dissolve instant coffee granules in 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey.
- Add cream, condensed milk, remaining whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and coffee mixture to blender.
- Blend on low-medium speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors: add more syrup, whiskey, or vanilla if desired.
- Transfer to a clean glass container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
Notes
Do not over-blend, as it can cause separation. Always store in glass containers and refrigerate immediately.
