- Combine Greek yogurt and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually whisk in the whey protein isolate and cocoa powder, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps. Using a hand mixer is recommended for a smoother texture.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Fold in optional add-ins such as chia seeds, flaxseed, or berries if desired.
- Transfer pudding into individual containers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken and develop flavor. Can be eaten immediately if in a rush.
