Ingredients
  

  • 240 g Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or 2%
  • 120 g cottage cheese
  • 30 g powdered sugar or natural sweetener
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 56 g cream cheese optional, soften beforehand if cold
  • g Sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth with no lumps.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese (if using).
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in sprinkles (optional).
  5. Chill for 15 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping. You can substitute the sweetener to your preference.
