  • 225 g Cottage Cheese
  • 113 g Cream Cheese
  • 120 g Greek Yogurt
  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 30 ml honey or maple syrup optional
  • 5 ml vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. In your blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, no lumps.
  2. Transfer the blended base to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the blueberries. If you want more blueberry flavor, mash a few berries before folding.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  4. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping for easier serving.

Notes

This ice cream is best enjoyed fresh, but it can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Try adding other fruits or flavorings for a delicious twist!
