Ingredients
  

  • 240 ml egg whites about 8 large egg whites
  • 35 g vanilla whey protein powder optional
  • 1 packet baking powder optional
  • 1 tsp sweetener like stevia or monk fruit, optional
  • 1 tsp salt optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the egg whites in a large bowl using a hand mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  3. Gently sift the protein powder over the whipped egg whites and fold in carefully with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated and batter is smooth but airy.
  4. Add optional baking powder, salt, or sweetener if desired and fold gently.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden on top and springy to the touch.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes
