Method
- Blend strawberries with sweetener until smooth.
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy.
- Add strawberry puree to the bottom of a glass.
- Add ice cubes on top of the strawberry layer.
- Slowly pour milk over the ice.
- Top with prepared matcha.
- Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Use hot, not boiling, water for matcha to avoid bitterness and grainy texture.
