Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Transfer mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly browned on top.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with breadcrumbs before baking. Ensure artichokes are well drained to prevent excess moisture.
