Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until emulsified.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil grill grates or line a baking sheet with parchment.
  4. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing for juicier, tender results.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Marinate and freeze raw tenders for up to 2 months. Reheat gently at 350°F to preserve moisture.
