  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder; whisk until fully combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the gluten-free flour blend until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake by 2 minutes and allow to cool fully before cutting.
