- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder; whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the gluten-free flour blend until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake by 2 minutes and allow to cool fully before cutting.
