Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb top sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot.
  3. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side in batches without overcrowding.
  4. Remove steak and reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter in skillet.
  5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter.
  7. Add Parmesan and toss until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pat steak cubes completely dry before searing to ensure a perfect golden crust.
