Healthy Cute No-Bake Easter Egg Oreo Balls That Went Viral

These Easter Oreo balls are adorable no-bake cookie truffles made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, shaped into Easter eggs and dipped in colorful chocolate. Creamy, sweet, and decorated with pastel sprinkles, they are the perfect easy Easter treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies about 36 cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 cup pastel candy melts
  • Pastel sprinkles or nonpareils
  • Gel food coloring optional

Method

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into small egg shapes.
  4. Place shaped Oreo eggs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for about 15 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  7. Melt pastel candy melts in separate bowls.
  8. If desired, add gel food coloring to create different pastel shades.
  9. Dip each chilled Oreo egg into the melted chocolate using a fork.
  10. Tap gently to remove excess coating and place back on the parchment paper.
  11. Immediately decorate with pastel sprinkles before the coating sets.
  12. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate coating is firm.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for the smoothest filling. Always chill the Oreo eggs before dipping to prevent them from falling apart in the melted chocolate.
