Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 –2 teaspoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain excess grease.
  3. Stir taco seasoning into cooked meat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place seasoned meat and cheese onto each piece of dough.
  6. Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly.
  7. Brush with melted butter and garlic powder.
  8. Bake until golden brown.

Notes

Seal edges well to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
