Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 ounce unflavored gelatin Ensure it's unflavored for the best taste.
  • 0.25 cup cold water Used to bloom the gelatin.
  • 0.75 cup hot water For dissolving the bloomed gelatin.
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • 1.5 cup plain Greek yogurt Full-fat yogurt will yield a creamier texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds a lovely aromatic flavor.
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries are recommended for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp honey Sweetens the strawberries and adds a natural touch.

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle 0.25 ounce gelatin over 0.25 cup cold water and let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk in 0.75 cup hot water until dissolved. Add 0.5 cup sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Cool 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gradually whisk in gelatin mixture until smooth.
  4. Toss 1 cup chopped strawberries with 1 tablespoon honey and fold into yogurt mixture.
  5. Pour into dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours until firm before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using other fruits like blueberries or raspberries. Ensure the gelatin mixture is cooled sufficiently before adding to the yogurt to prevent curdling. This recipe is best enjoyed chilled.
