Ingredients

  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml water
  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (such as oregano, basil, thyme)

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Rolling Pin
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Add the olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead in the grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a thin rectangle or circle, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into chip-sized pieces.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes. Place the cut chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack or paper towels to cool. Serve with your favorite dip or enjoy as a snack.

Notes

These chips are best enjoyed fresh and can be served with various dips like hummus or salsa. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain their crispiness.
