- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Add the olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead in the grated Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a thin rectangle or circle, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into chip-sized pieces.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes. Place the cut chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack or paper towels to cool. Serve with your favorite dip or enjoy as a snack.
