Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs for dredging
  • 100 g panko breadcrumbs
  • ml as needed vegetable oil for frying
  • as needed chopped chives for garnish (optional)

  • Deep-fryer or large pot

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs, cool, peel, and halve. Remove yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Set up three bowls with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Coat egg whites, fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Pipe yolk mixture into fried whites, garnish, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

These fried deviled eggs are best served warm. Feel free to experiment with spices or toppings to customize them to your taste.
